Q1. Can I have a sample order?

A: Yes, sample order for checking quality are welcome. Mixed samples are acceptable.

Low MOQ, 2pc for sample checking is available, please contact us for sample shipping.

Q2. What about the lead time?

A: For sample, it takes about 3-5 work days, mass production time needs 2-3 weeks for order quantity more than 5000pcs.  

Q3. What payment methods do you support?

A: T/T, Paypal, Western Union etc. 

Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

A: For small quantity, usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT as client required. 

For mass order, weight more than 45kgs, we can also provide LCL, FCL sea shipment, airport-to-airport cargo, but you need declare the custom at your side. 

All price quoted are based on EXW factory price.

Q5. Is it OK to print my logo on purchased product?

A: Yes. Labeling is available. Please contact us for different product and its MOQ for labeling and your label design.

Q6: Do you offer guarantee for the products?

A: Yes, 12 months. 

Q7: What is your company main products?
